In this 4 week therapeutic self massage course you will learn the tools and techniques to listen to your body to embark on a journey of self-healing and self-care. It is my hope that as a result of this course you will breathe deeply, move freely, and live fully by accessing the body's essential well being and innate capacity for self-healing.
Join me on a 6-week guided journey to release 2020 and welcome 2021. Together we will share movement, meditation, and reflection practices. This course will be based on the Deep Release Method in which we will move into stillness through self myofascial release, yin yoga, and yoga nidra to allow for deep listening and inspiration to arise from within.
In this 5 week program we will embark on an internal journey to embody the Buddhist Heart Practices of Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Equanimity to unveil a Courageous Heart. This program will be based in the Deep Release Method practices of self myofascial release, yin yoga, and yoga nidra to nurture and reveal what you hold inside of your heart.
In search of a good night's sleep? Take your balls to bed and ease your way into a great night's sleep. This course will take you on a 6-week journey to a better night's sleep so you can live your life wide awake. In this course we will use use self myofascial release and yoga nidra to unwind the nervous system so you can move you way into stillness and drift off to sleep.
