This somatic self-care class guides us to access our body’s innate capacity for self-healing and self-regulation. This class will include self-myofascial release, somatic movement, asana, and yoga nidra empowering us to breath deeply, move freely, and live fully embodied in our bodies.
Tools required: a set of therapy balls or 2 tennis balls.
