Take your balls to bed and ease your way into a great night's sleep. This course will take you on a 6-week journey to a better night's sleep so you can live your life wide awake. In this course we will use use self myofascial release and yoga nidra to unwind the nervous system so you can move you way into stillness and drift off to sleep.
