Through this work you will feel more embodied in your body and empowered with the tools for self-care and self-healing so you can access the body's innate capacity for self-healing and return to your essential well being.
In this work you will use the breath as a driver for release. Breath regulates the pressure systems of the body improving circulation, digestion, mobility and posture. It also has a direct impact on the nervous system decreasing stress and anxiety, and improving sleep to promote overall health and well being.
Improve Proprioception Decrease Pain
What is powerful and unique to self massage techniques is its ability to increase proprioception, balance, posture and self-regulation. As a result of improving proprioception, or self awareness of one's body in space, there is a direct decrease in the experience of pain.
