Ericka draws on wisdom from yoga, meditation, neuroscience, and, Ayurveda and couples it with lifestyle coaching to transform your life one night at a time.
Ericka Merritt is a Bay Area Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Instructor. Her work integrates osteopathic manual therapy with yoga therapy to help her clients feel more embodied in their bodies and empowered to reconnect to their essential well-being. Her signature “Deep Release Method” incorporates self myofascial release, Yin Yoga, and iRest yoga nidra. She is also excited about the hidden power of sleep and believes that a good night’s sleep is the key to living a life wide awake. Her mission for this life is to leave a legacy of love, by cultivating greater self-care and self-love. Her wish for you is to “Breathe Deeply, Move Freely, and Live Fully.”
